You have your warehouse where you store your items. Customers want to buy a product from you, and it can be done trough integrations or creating Sale Orders manually.

In Fulfillment section, all information about your customers is saved. In the main page, general information is described:

When you click on top of any customer, it goes to detailed page where you can get information about customer’s address, orders and history

In Address section, there are two addresses: shipping and billing. You can add as many addresses as required to one customer and choose one address as deafult.
